10x25 unit was filthy when I moved in a Monday morning. There was a 3.5'x1.5' oval oil spill. My dolly rolled over it by mistake, and it tracked. Store manager Jse (shortened spellings for privacy), and general manager Jdn, came to help clean it up. I myself got on my knees and scrubbed. It required very heavy scrubbing. It took 30min to an hour. Jse offered a $20 discount. I spent several hours moving in about 1000 books in heavy 40 to 50 lb packages that morning. They offered another similar sized unit, possible costing more, and didn't commit to the same price! When I came back in the afternoon after a thundershower, there was a large water puddle about 2' in diameter in the unit. I reported this to Jdn, who claimed coincidentally a roofer was already coming to fix another unit midweek. Seemed to much of a coincidence to me, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. And of course midweek came and went and no roofer. I asked Jdn why the roofer couldn't give a date when they will be by. And she said setting up those maintenance appointments was handled by the national CubeSmart team. So I called the national team. And guess what? They said the local store takes care of maintenance issues! Does this make you think someone is lying and untrustworthy? The national team also said they see a $20 discount not for the filthy unit when I moved in as Jse had promised, but for the rain puddle! The following Monday, Jse said they roofers came but wanted to do a more permanent fix, the next day, Tuesday, or Wednesday. And of course Wed came and no word. And Thursday. Nada! I asked Jdn if she would compensate me for lost time by extending my rental period for 1 week because I still had more things to move in and didn't want to move them in and have my belongings damaged by rain. She said she would have to check with the regional manager! Wow. And of course nothing. Zilch! Absolutely the worst storage experience I have ever had. I would not recommend CubeSmart to my worst enemies.

I signed up with them before they sold to cubesmart and since cubesmart has taken over my rent has continuously gone up with no warning. I just saw on my last month statement that my rent increased $26 from March to April and i had zero communication from them to inform me- bad business practices, because calling the local number only ever gets you to an automated line where you cant talk to anyone in person . Very frustrating.

Not a super experience off the bat. Only one address online, I go there and find that it has a printed out sign explaining my unit is on a different lot. Whatever. We go there, and find that my unit is behind a building of units after driving around for a while with a very narrow path for the Uhaul to get through. Not great. Then we notice a few doors down another unit has been ripped open, seemingly from the inside?? That and, the lock I was charged for wasn't in the bat they left in my unit. Rough time.

Signs all over monitored by security cameras. They are NOT my storage and 4 others were broken into. Thank god for intersection cameras or else we wouldn’t have gotten our things back.

The units themselves are just fine and the staff is friendly, however the unexpected increases in costs to rent is INSANE. Mine increased over $50 with no warning. Definitely not worth $250/month. We will be searching elsewhere, unfortunately.

Cubestupid would be more appropriate for this organization, ridiculously priced beyond what's fair, expected, further diminishing the economy were in now, could care less about long termers that rented from previous owners for reasonable rent, remember at some point "hogs get butchered once they get fattened up", wish they never came to this city

I was told they were going to get a security system and have the area fenced in by the end of summer. That didn’t happen so a married team of criminals were able to steal from myself and many others in the complex by breaking into our units! I do thank the office staff for being so kind and wonderful. The owners need to cough up some money and actually ensure the safety of their customers belongings! I lost keepsakes that were not replaceable along with many valuable items. I moved out immediately! Behind my unit was also a scene out of a movie. Railroad tracks with no fencing. You couldn’t image the scary scene back there. I wouldn’t even bring my children with me any longer after I saw that! Horrible experience.

The continuous price increases are unacceptable. These new owners are price gouging. The market here is not like a big city market that will pay these ridiculous rates to store personal items. I'd rather buy new items than pay this self storage anything more.

Well, here's a storage company that is truly out to get your money. The units themselves are sizable and decently monitored. However they are nothing to write home about and are horribly overpriced for what you receive. The 10x20, not climate controlled unit, I rent is now $163. When I moved my items in, I had to clean the unit of rat feces and other nasty leftovers. Each year, prices go up either 60 or 70 dollars. I recommend looking elsewhere, as you will receive no notice of price changes until the new year. That contract for the price you signed, that's more like the company guideline. Be prepared for that wonderful upcharge because you are within 30 miles of the Packers stadium, as if that changed how storage works. Updated 2024

CubeSmart self storage is the worst company to deal with for storage! They buy out other companies and raise the unit rents, alot!! I vacated my unit 6 months ago and STILL do not have my security deposits back! Their local office just keeps saying it is out of their hands and they will contact their manager. I did get a phone call over a month ago, asking me to confirm my mailing address. STILL, nothing in the mail! There are so many more options available in Wisconsin, please people, do not screw yourself!

I moved my family from California back to Green Bay. I originally grew up here and wanted a better life for my family. Anyone who has moved across country can attest to how stressful it can be. I needed a storage unit for all of our belongings until we could get our feet under us. I had called around and nobody seemed to have units available One particular facility that is close by Team Self Storage seemed even annoyed that I was calling. When I talked to Bridget they originally didn't have an availability due to some maintenance. She promised to keep me informed and assured me they could help me out. Sure enough, she stayed true to her word. I can't tell you how relieved I was as our move date was approaching. I can't recommend Team Self Storage enough. You can always get a hold of a real person when you have an issue or a question.
