“The staff are nice, attentive, and helpful! It was my first time using this storage, and I’m a current out-of-state college student who had no clue what to do with her things after the first year. I stumbled upon Cube Smart, and their support has been great. The staff broke down my cost for each month, and made sure that my storage was in good condition before moving in. The registration went easy, and all my questions were answered with a smile. The staff has no problem with answering questions and they are always willing to help. The storage itself is maintained well. Access to the storage is easy and the lock for security is, well, secure. I trust it. Overall, the storage and staff are super nice and I definitely recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for an easy going start to storage”

“When I first called looking for a storage unit, I spoke to someone that was very helpful. The gentleman made sure that there was something available for me he was very professional and took the initiative to contact this location. The woman at this location gave me a courtesy call to verify my reservation and to walk me through a few details she also helped prepare me and made some very useful suggestions which I took advantage of and it worked out very well. When I arrived at the location the lady at the front desk was very helpful. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a wonderful smile. When talking to her I was very pleased with her customer service and her knowledge of the facility the appearance of facility was very Queen and I knew that this was the best place for me to be just by looking at it. The prices were very competitive and she made the transition very easy. I would definitely refer anyone to utilize this facility from the excellent customer service the cleanliness of the facility, and the security of the individual units makes me very comfortable with storing any & everything at this facility. I was very amazed and I would not want to use any other storage unit.”
