“I have nothing but good things to say about this company and it’s staff. When I had questions, they answered them (usually to my benefit.) When I had problems, they addressed them promptly and professionally. I read thru some of the negative reviews before posting this and I have to say it seems like most of them had unrealistic expectations. Like the guy who wanted to digitally sign his lease, rather than in person. I suppose he wanted to digitally move his stuff too, rather than in person? It’s not like you weren’t going to be onsite… didn’t you want to look at the facility in person before you signed anything? Digitally or actually? Rosey and Jenna were extremely accommodating. I had my motorcycle in a 5×10 for 8 months this year (before I moved away.) The unit developed a leak in the roof which they promptly attended to. Actually, the leak was in an adjacent unit, just seeped into mine under the wall. They told me the renter of the other unit was SO grateful that I caught it! If you’re storing stuff: check on it! Don’t assume your neighbor will. Things happen! You go into your basement or attic after a storm (don’t you??) go to your storage too. Thanks Rosey and Jenna and CubeSmart!”

“It was fairly easy to reserve a unit. Monica called after I placed the reservation to confirm and was very professional and courteous. She answered questions for me and showed me to unit when I came in to sign the paperwork. On move in day, she checked up on us and offered us bottles of water. She even brought me a chair from the office when she saw me sitting on a lawn chair that we had brought along for storage. The chair was much more comfortable. What she didn’t know was that I was having a foot issue that day. The chair was very appreciated. She also gave me some much needed advice as this was my first storage unit ever. Thanks for making the process easy!”
