When the need for another unit in the Miami area presented itself, I selected the brand new facility on 1103 SW 3rd Avenue. Once I arrived to complete my lease, I was greeted by General Manager, John Valentin, and Manager, Dario Cruz, who were courteous and informative. I was provided with an orientation of the entire facility, including security measures and service hours. I also reserved their truck for the transfer of my items. “I’ve stored in this facility twice. It’s much better than any other storage space I’ve seen in the city. It’s well lit, clean and the music they play is pretty decent. As a bonus, Whole Foods is around the corner so that after you are done lifting boxes, you can get something to eat. The staff is kind and helpful. Latoya has helped me find the right unit to rent twice and helped to coordinate all of the details. Storage can be a drag, but the staff here make it a much more pleasant experience.”
