“I recently signed up for a storage unit here for our nonprofit and I had the best experience! Starting from when I reserved a spot online, the manager Matthew called me the next day to set up a time that I could come in. Setting up everything was super fast and easy as well. I mentioned that the storage unit was for our nonprofit and Matthew ended up upgrading us to the biggest 5×10 unit they had available because he said CubeSmart supported our cause. All the employees here need a raise! Great people and great customer service!”

Shortly after they opened, I received a call from Katherine confirming my reservation and she explained that I would just need to sign the lease and they wanted to show me the unit beforehand just to make sure I was happy with the size. I decided to go ahead and go in today to sign the lease. Katherine was there and she helped me. She was very patient in showing me the unit, and even showed me another size without hesitation. She explained everything clearly and had great customer service.”

“Excellent customer service! We went in early on a Saturday morning and were immediately greeted by Kim, who took her time to explain availability, dimensions, and pricing. She gave us a small tour, showed us multiple comparable units, and explained what would fit in which. Seeing how CLEAN the entire building was, we were comfortable choosing to rent from here. Kim did a fabulous job explaining the hours, of both the office, and insurance tiers and gate access to me, brand new to any type of storage. She made me feel like a valued customer before I’d even signed up! It’s always a warm welcome being offered coffee/tea. Jenna, the other woman in the office, was equally as helpful and pleasant. We had a wonderful experience all the way around, and highly recommend this location!”

A huge THANK YOU to Cubesmart Storage! Once again Cubesmart is donating storage space for our Shoeboxes. They were one of the first NYC Shoebox Project supporters in the community and every year they are ready to help us again. The first year we had 286 Shoeboxes stacked in an NYC apartment (which every New Yorker knows is not an easy task) and within a few years, we had almost 1,200 Shoeboxes (absolutely would not have fit in an NYC apartment)! Volunteers who coordinate a Shoebox Drive in their city understand the importance of having a storage unit. If we didn’t have a storage unit, we would not be able to reach the over 3,000 women we have delivered Shoeboxes to in the past few years.
