The Store Manager is the face of CubeSmart to our customers. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the storage facility and providing legendary customer service in person and over the phone. Recommend appropriate unit sizes and services based on individual customers’ needs. Understand and explain the leasing process to customers. Sell merchandise including packing/moving supplies and insurance to protect our customers’ goods. Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system and take payments. Conduct daily visual and space audits of entire facility as well as perform lock checks. Prepare and make daily bank deposits. Submit all property invoices for payment.

Marketing Associate – Malvern, PA
The Marketing Associate works with the Director of Traditional Marketing and Partner Development to define and execute marketing efforts, including the planning and implementation of direct response and lead generation programs and means of tracking and evaluating these efforts. Responsible for maintaining and deploying marketing messaging for store systems (radio, digital display, and electronic and manual reader boards) based on approved promotional content calendar. Assists with copywriting and editing for all marketing channels (emails, brochures, social media, direct mail, etc.) to ensure effective and consistent use of company tone and voice.
