“I was completely stressed out during my move but the staff at this location helped manage my stress immensely. The customer service representative, Christina called me the day before and day of my move to remind me of the reservation, which was helpful since I work long hours in Manhattan. She was kind and informative – plus gave me all my options for rental. On the day of my reservation appointment, the store manager, Andre Freeman was amazing. Not only did he secure a truck for me in short notice, he and his staff stayed late for me on moving day and allowed me to load my belonging shortly after closing. I am grateful and appreciative for their help.”

“I had to make an unexpected last-minute move, and they had a unit open in exactly the specifications that I needed. Clean property that is extremely private, great security features. Wendy (the manager) is awesome!!! She will help you with anything you might possibly need and she’s super cool to boot. Prices are very reasonable, and unit access is easy even with a large moving truck. They even sell moving and packing supplies in the office, which is great if you need some extra boxes or supplies. Highly recommended!”
