“From the initial call to reserve our storage area to our first visit to the actual site we have experienced nothing but excellent customer service. The representatives were all polite and knowledgeable about their product. We spoke with Jessica at the Call Center as well as Samantha and Chantal at the Leominster, MA location. Chantal was the representative who showed us our unit (which was easily accessible and clean), took our payment, gave us our lock and explained the details of our transaction. There has to be a good team in the upper management who train their employees well in order to have such consistent, above and beyond service. So far we are extremely satisfied and anticipate that this level of customer service will continue. All of the employees are to be commended!”

“This location is great and the staff is super friendly, professional and helpful. One of the managers at the location, UB, was so kind That when I explained to him that I was going to assemble pallets for shipping in my storage and I was worried about the size of the doors, he took the time to go and measure the unit door, the main door and even the elevator to make sure that I was going to be able to move the pallets without a problem. He totally went that extra mile, and every time I see him around he is super nice, offering to help and making sure that everything is going well. Totally recommended!!”
