“This place is one of the newest and nicest facilities in the Tempe area. Not only was the facility clean and secure, but the employees were extremely polite and friendly. Was very easy to get my stuff moved in and they even have a 10ft truck I was able to use for 4 hours! Was extremely helpful since I don’t own a truck myself! I definitely would recommend this Cubesmart!”

“The site is very clean and the staff is friendly. I had made an online reservation and needed to sign the contract but their system was down. They still provided me with a temporary access code and allowed me to start moving my things into the storage unit while their system kicked back up. Overall I had a good experience, Im also very pleased with the security measures they have in place at the site. I would recommend this storage to anyone who needs one.”

“I just want to start this review by saying Pat McClendon – Jones should defiantly be the manager of this facility. I have had interactions with her in person twice. The first time I had to go into this facility to take care of some business after the loss of my husband. She was very professional and knowledgeable as well as helpful and caring. She gave me her card and told me she would take care of me if I needed anything to call her. The second time was 4 months later, also a very bad day for me, but because of the OUTSTANDING customer service Pat provided 4 months earlier I went back to this facility to obtain a second unit, again Pat took care of me in a timely manner which was a challenge due to a system update, everything was being done manually. Then she followed up with me two days later to reassure me that my code was working to get into my unit. I really think she should be running this facility. I have been in customer service for at least 25 yrs. It is VERY IMPORTANT to me. I will keep using this facility and refer this facility based solely on Pat McClendon – Jones being employed at it.”
