“Went in two mins before closing for my storage reservation. A customer who was there before me couldn’t make up her mind. She needed to see the sizes in person, thinking while looking at the posters, comparing prices and more. She finally made a decision so Mayra started the paperwork after at least 25 mins. Mayra was so patient it was unbelievable. I wasn’t in a hurry, but I knew they closed already at this point, but she didn’t stop serving her with 100% respect. The woman then changed her mind again so the paperwork had to be redone. After a half hour past closing it was finally my turn. Mayra was very polite the whole time. I was very impressed. She helped me without delay, and I left very pleased. If everyone is like her I definitely recommend this location 100%.”

“I would like to take the time to honor Latonia Grooms for the AMAZING customer service skills displayed. A couple of weeks ago I came into the office needing storage. We were also on a time crunch. Latonia explained everything in GREAT DETAIL and THOROUGHNESS! She made sure we understood the information that was read. While explaining all of the details there was another customer who was rude but she maintained her professionalism and continued to ensure we understood the information. She answered all of our questions and provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! She was even a listening ear as I explained our current situation. Cube Smart you have a winner in Latonia Grooms. Honestly, the words haven’t been invented for the PHENOMENAL customer service she provided. Thank you Latonia Grooms. I will never forget that moment. Thank you.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed using this location for our storage needs. We had a unit for six months and upon removal, our stuff was in the same condition we left it in. It has been a week now and I have not had a single instance of bugs or mold on any of my items and am very pleased with the cleanliness of it all. I will absolutely use this location again due to the inviting and friendly staff who are more than willing to help you with anything questions you might have. Between the easy check in and check out, this has been a great experience and I am very satisfied with their customer service.”
