“Wow!!! What a great experience at CubeSmart! Frank, the manager, went above and beyond. His knowledge combined with the great customer service he provides makes this place the only place I’ll ever use to store my stuff. He had no idea but I [used] to work for Public Storage for 5 years and that company hates [their] customers…trust me, even if Public Storage offered to give you free storage, run straight to CubeSmart instead. Frank was upfront with the entire process so I knew exactly what I needed and what I was going to have to pay upfront!!!! Here’s a mind blower[sic], anyone who’s storing there, if you refer someone, you get a credit on [your] account for half of the monthly rent of the person you referred!!! Thanks again Frank, [you’re] amazing.”
