“This was my first time using self-storage so I didn’t really know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by CubeSmart. From the moment, I called to set up my storage unit to the moment that I “checked out”, the staff here was beyond helpful. I accidentally dropped a glass jar while moving things in and one of the workers quickly helped me clean everything up so that I could go about my day. The units are secure and very clean, and I never had an issue with having a dolly to use or having to wait for the elevator. Originally, I was disappointed that the facility wasn’t open 24 hrs but truly their hours are plenty sufficient! Overall a very positive experience with CubeSmart!”
