“Hello, I wanted to say how much I appreciated Manager Leonard Pierce at the CubeSmart located at 8206 Broadway in Pearland, TX. A family member of mine was affected by Hurricane Harvey and the subsequent flood. We were lucky enough to quickly find a storage unit at CubeSmart, and we were so impressed by Mr. Pierce. It was a very emotional time for so many people, and Mr. Pierce interacted with myself in others with compassion and grace. Based on my experience, I referred CubeSmart to others, and will continue to do so. I never thought of putting a face to storage, of all things, but Mr. Pierce changed that. I cannot say thank you enough, so I hope your company will also say a word of thanks to Mr. Pierce. He is definitely an asset to your name.

“You guys, NO JOKE: over the course of my many work-related relocations across multiple states and countries, I have used more storage facilities than I would like to admit, and this CubeSmart location is by far the best! It’s CLEAN as can be, but more than that – the staff is simply above and beyond. From the moment I called to make a reservation, to check in day, and during my visits – the staff has always been so helpful and friendly. Special shout out, if I may, to Von! He is thorough, a hilarious, honest, and professional straight shooter. He remembers your face and your needs, and I am sincerely grateful that what could have been a hellish storage experience (as has been in the past) has only been a corrective one. In a city like NYC, it truly is refreshing and helps ease the strain of moving. Thanks a million!!!! :-)”
