“I came upon CubeSmart out of necessity. Had been storing my deceased daughter’s items for years at Public Storage. When sprinkler burst, went through chaos trying to replace the few ruined items, but to no avail. Moreover, they didn’t even offer me a new unit. Had to move. CubeSmart was a God send. The facility has consistently pleased me for almost two years. Love, love, love. Always clean. Always accessible. I have peace of mind in that my daughter’s items are safe until I am ready to go through them. Thanks CubeSmart!”

“After going through sooooo much frustration with Public Storage, and being ripped off, CubeSmart on (Telegraph & Five mile) made my moving experience so much better. My first interaction were with Andrew and Stacie, so pleasant, professional and reassuring. The next day, when I came back to get the unit, I saw and did the paperwork with Keri, again another professional, nice, and patient employee. Everything was explained in detail. No hidden fees and special locks to purchase. No prorated rates. Large spacious clean units. Free Truck. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. What more could you ask for…oh yeah plenty of carts to use to help load your things. Hours of operation are good. CubeSmart could definitely put Public Storage out of business and they need to, ripping people off as if moving isn’t expensive enough. Thank you CubeSmart for taking the stress away from moving. Matthew was very friendly, professional and accommodating with all of my questions and getting the storage room size that we needed. The indoor unit was affordable, clean and temperature controlled, great to have in this Texas heat. Both Matthew’s and James’s kind assistance during the several months we had to use the unit was very appreciated.
