“Katie and Daniel were excellent! I started the planning for our move from Florida to NC online and it was really easy. We found units and spoke with Daniel on the phone to get every reserved and ready. Upon arrival, we needed another unit and they did everything to accommodate us possible…the move was easy and the loading dock combined with flat roller carts made unloading much better! We had no issues with any security or weather concerns in our 3 units (domination of climate controlled and not). I liked that there are limited access hours at night…it adds to the security aspect greatly! When planning our move out, Katie was amazing with making it a breeze! She was even able to reserve the Cube Smart truck for me to start the move before the movers came later! This has been an outstanding experience! The safe, secure storage was exactly what we wanted. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected! Thank you Katie and Daniel for making our move to North Carolina from Florida much easier! I highly recommend this storage facility!!!”

Systems Support Analyst (Tier 1) – Malvern, PA
Provide first level support by answering, evaluating, and prioritizing incoming telephone, voicemail and email requests from both corporate and field personnel with hardware, software, networking and other computer related problems. Remotely install new hardware and software upgrades in accordance with established procedures and software licensing agreements. Assist in the set-up and installation of new personal computer equipment. Monitor computer virus activity and assists in the deployment of virus protection software on personal computers.
