Property Accountant – Malvern
This role will analyze, adjust and record all income collected on a daily basis from reports produced at the property level and confirm that properties make deposits daily and monitors receipt activity to detect theft and/or fraud. This person is responsible for answering facilities and main office accounting inquires and for reconciliation of property level bank accounts.
Review expenses at month end to ensure accurate coding and report on budget vs. actual performance and code all accounts payable for assigned properties.

This position will provide exceptional service to our customers and sales leads over the phone as well as to walk-in customers.
