“Extremely clean and well-managed site. We viewed cubes on several floors and they were all just as clean and well air conditioned, including the bathrooms. The Cube Smart sales and support managers at the 30-25 Northern Blvd site worked as a team and were all very patient, friendly, professional and knowledgeable when explaining the contract details and addressing concerns my wife and I had during the signup process.The primary sales person was Michelle, but Maria and Myles were also very quick to interject helpful information that made us feel very comfortable about working with anyone at that site.Even their interactions with the maintenance personnel displayed a friendly and professional attitude that gave us the feeling that everyone was equally invested in the sales and support process. We would definitely highly recommend this site and it’s team to anyone wishing to use a clean, secure, access controlled storage facility.”

“When I first walked in and talked to Ashley the unit they had for me wasn’t what I was looking for location wise. She found me another unit at their other location and found me a good deal on the unit. Upon arrival at their Basswood location I met Richard whom of which was also very nice. First thing he did was offer me and my family water before he took us to the unit. Public storage’s customer service was nothing like these individuals and i spoke to multiple people. I really appreciate the service we received especially since I came straight there after a 15hr drive from Savannah, GA.”
