“Cube Smart is one of the best customer service facility. When we first were inquiring about the rental space a customer service representative by the name of Bill was very helpful and aided us through the whole process. The main reason why we rented with Cube smart was for his passion about the company. My father and I, look forward to going to cube smart when we have to put some boxes in our storage space because we get to see Bill. Overall the facility is the most clean and safest I’ve experienced.”

“I originally came to see Matt for a 8×10. I told him the stuff I was storing and he said that would be way too much room and recommended that I take a 5×5. It was perfect! I saved money and moved all of my stuff into the smaller unit. He gave me exactly the information i needed and at a very affordable rate too! Revy was both helpful and very kind. I am super happy that I was able to start with Matt one day, finish with Revy the next day and they were BOTH able to give me an above and beyond customer experience.”
