“I’ve been renting a unit for quite a while and my unit filled up & I rented a second unit. Because there wasn’t a larger one available. I asked the manager to keep me in mind if a larger unit becomes available. A few months passed then a larger unit became available and that Manager remembered and asked if I was interested in the larger unit. Of course I said YES. I am really thankful that he kept me in mind. Not many people would take the time & consideration like what the Manager here @ CubeSmart did for me. Thank You!!! If you’re looking for a storage facility. I Highly recommend this Facility for any & all your Storage Needs”

The in-store representative could not have been more helpful during my move-out. I can’t recall her name 🙁 but I remember she said she had lived in France, as we were talking about living abroad. I hope you can recognise her for her exceptional friendliness & professionalism; she’s a great rep for a great service.”

“When the staff realized we were handicapped they pointed out they had handicapped accessible units available on the first floor for the same price as the upper floors! I would never have thought to even ask. They even have locks available at a reasonable price and other packing materials, too. We are in the middle of moving apartments so I truly appreciated the ability to grab some supplies at the same time. They went out of there way to check and make sure we were getting the lowest price possible. Overall A+++ experience. So glad we chose CubeSmart!”
